Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered you can return within 14 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Please carefully follow the return instructions below.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

1. To initiate the return process please email info@manabyezgi.com to request a return authorization number (#RA) and a return form. Please do not return any item(s) without requesting an authorisation number, unregistered returns will not be accepted.

2. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return in the e-mail.

3. If your request is eligible, you will be receiving a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment.

4. Please put your #RA code outside on the return package and ship it with a signature required delivery method (we advise you to use DHL or UPS)

Please kindly note that the return item(s) are your responsibility until they reach MANÀ. Returns must be authorised by MANÀ and shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorisation email.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The item returned must be unused and in the original condition with all tags attached in its original packaging. MANÀ reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All the following sales on manabyezgi.com are final:

• International orders shipped to destinations outside of European Union;
• “Made to order” pieces;
• “One-of-a-kind” items’;
• Items designated final sale; and
• Earrings because of hygienic reasons.

Returns of any of the above items will not be accepted. If you have any questions please email info@manabyezgi.com and we will happily address your concerns. 

 

The return costs are for the customer.

 

As soon as your returned parcel is received, the item will undergo a quality check, to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase within a certain amount of days; the shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount. Please kindly note that any item in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. 

 

DAMAGE AND REPAIRS

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@manabyezgi.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

MANÀ reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
