SHIPPING

Most of MANÀ pieces are “made to order” meaning each piece is specially hand made for you when you place your order and are shipped upon completion by our studio, within approximately 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. If an item is labelled “in stock”, this means it is ready and can be shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase.

Please kindly note that all lead times specified are estimates only. It may take longer or shorter to ship your order depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@manabyezgi.com

All orders within the Netherlands are sent by using PostNL, all EU and outside EU orders are sent with DHL. All orders are packed with special care to ensure the safety of your purchase, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 
 
CUSTOMS

MANÀ ships from the Netherlands. Please kindly note that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties, taxes, and other fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. MANÀ is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

Please note that due to the Brexit, UK orders over €150 must pay import duties. MANÀ cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
