SHIPPING

Most MANÀ pieces are made to order, meaning each item is specially handcrafted for you when you place your order. Orders are shipped upon completion by our studio, usually within 1–2 weeks of purchase. If an item is marked “in stock”, it is ready for immediate shipment and will be dispatched within 5–7 working days of purchase.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders within the Netherlands are sent by using PostNL, all EU and outside EU orders are sent with DHL. All orders are packed with special care to ensure the safety of your purchase, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

CUSTOMS

      MANÀ ships from the Netherlands. For deliveries outside the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. MANÀ cannot estimate, control, or refund such charges.

      United Kingdom - Please note that due to the Brexit, UK orders over £135 are subject to import VAT, collected by UK customs upon delivery. As our products are made in the Netherlands, no customs duties should apply under the UK–EU trade agreement. However, if UK customs imposes any additional charges, these remain the responsibility of the customer. MANÀ cannot estimate, influence, or refund such charges.

      In the event of a refused shipment, the customer shall be liable for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on both the outbound and return shipments, the full cost of return shipping, and an administration fee of €20. Thank you for your kind understanding.
